WELCOME TO JACARANDA BEACH RESORT This enchanting resort, that is managed by skilled Italian employees, is idyllically set just in the heart of unspoiled natural settings, and it is totally surrounded by lush gardens and colorful bougainvilleas. Idyllically set just in the heart of the enchanting Marine Reserve of Watamu, it is surrounded by a compelling beach of fine white sand. When there are low tides, it is surrounded by spectacular landscapes and fascinating coral atolls. The so-called "Sardinia 2" is a privileged destination for excursionists coming from Watamu and Malindi. The coral atolls that surround Jacaranda can be easily reached on foot when there are low tides. Tourists staying at the resort will have the possibility to explore the enchanting footpaths and trails that develop across the lush tropical vegetation of the surrounding area. Its privileged position and informal atmosphere make Jacaranda Resort the ideal accommodation facility for those interested in spending relaxing holidays here while admiring unspoiled natural settings. Our resort, that extends over a total surface of 50.000 square meters, boasts breathtaking views over the surrounding area and the sea. POSITION It is situated 7 kilometers far from Watamu's city centre (5 kilometers of unpaved coral road), 13 kilometers far from Malindi (20 minutes) and 125 kilometers far from Mombasa Airport (2 hours). Jacaranda Resort is provided with excellent road connections, what gives tourists the possibility to reach Malindi in just 15 minutes.

OUR BEDROOMS The resort gathers 130 living units that are subdivided into: 85 Classic garden view and 17 Classic ocean view Divided into 7 blocks and distributed on two levels, they are furnished according to the local architectural style, and gather Lamu beds with mosquito net, independent air conditioning, ceiling fan, veranda or balcony, telephone connected to the reception, Italian socket standard, safe deposit boxes, hair-dryer and fridge upon request for a fee. Most Classic Bedrooms are equipped with one double bed and one single bed, while some can accommodate up to 4 adults (one double bed + one bunk bed). Communicating bedrooms available. 22 Villas 16 garden view and 6 ocean view. Situated just in the heart of the beach, they are hosted inside Villa Galana (an African-style villa on two levels) and Villa Lamu (an elegant Arabian-style villa). They have the same services and facilities as classic bedrooms, and are also provided with free Wi-Fi connection. They are all equipped with veranda or balcony, furnished with elegance and style and situated just in the heart of a privileged area. Most are provided with two sinks and two shower boxes. They can accommodate the same number of people as classic bedrooms. Communicating bedrooms are not available.
